REFUND POLICY
Refund period
Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging. Please note that some products are not eligible for return.
Non-returnable products
The following categories of products cannot be returned:
Perishable goods (food, flowers, magazines, etc.)
Intimate or sanitary items
Hazardous materials, flammable gases or liquids
Digital products, downloadable software, and online trainings, including PLR products (which become non-refundable once downloaded, in accordance with the waiver of the right of withdrawal)
Other non-returnable items
Gift cards
Certain health and personal care products
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds (if applicable)
In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted:
Books with obvious signs of use
CDs, DVDs, software, video games, VHS tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened
Any item that is damaged, missing parts, or not in its original condition for reasons not due to our error
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refund process (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a variable processing time.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund yet:
First, check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank, as processing times often apply.

Sale items (if applicable)
Sale or discounted items are not refundable. Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at contact@captivateur.com and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the returned item is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
Return shipping
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
If you are returning an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
